No Guarantee of Results We believe The C.A.L.M. Reset Method can provide valuable tools and strategies for developing greater calm, resilience, self-awareness and sustainable success. Unless otherwise stated in writing: * Digital products and downloadable resources may be non-refundable once access has been provided; * Coaching sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling; * Missed coaching sessions without notice may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session; and * Program fees are generally non-refundable once a program has commenced, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer. Coaching Sessions If you purchase individual or group coaching, you agree to participate respectfully and arrive prepared for scheduled sessions. Coaching may be provided virtually or in person, depending on the Service purchased. We may need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergencies, technical difficulties or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and offer an alternative time. Coaching does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client or other professional relationship beyond the coaching relationship specifically described in the applicable Service. 8. Your Responsibilities You understand that the effectiveness of coaching and educational programs depends in part on your own participation. You agree to: * Provide accurate information when reasonably requested; * Participate honestly and respectfully; * Complete exercises or activities at your own discretion; * Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions; * Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants; and * Use program materials only for your personal use unless otherwise authorized. You are never required to share personal information that you are uncomfortable sharing. 9. Confidentiality We respect the personal information and experiences you share with us. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. If you participate in a group coaching program, you understand that other participants may hear information you voluntarily share during group discussions. You agree not to record, reproduce, publish, distribute or disclose another participant's personal information or confidential experiences without their permission. Because group programs involve other participants, we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. Please use discretion when deciding what personal information to share in a group setting. 10. Intellectual Property **The C.A.L.M. Reset Method framework; * Program content; * Videos and audio; * Workbooks and worksheets; * Guides and exercises; * Templates; * Presentations; * Written content; * Website content; * Branding and logos; * Graphics; and * Other educational materials. Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own personal and educational purposes. You may not, without prior written permission: * Copy or reproduce our materials for commercial use; * Resell or redistribute our materials; * Share paid program materials with individuals who have not purchased the applicable Service; * Upload our materials to another website, platform or membership; * Teach or deliver The C.A.L.M. Reset Method or its proprietary content as your own; * Modify and commercially distribute our materials; * Create a competing commercial program substantially based on The C.A.L.M. Reset Method; or * Use the name **The C.A.L.M. Reset Method**, associated branding or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 11.
